CATENA- Malbec

Catena Malbec is made from carefully selected high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza by Laura Catena and Alejandro Vigil. This 100% Malbec wine is aged 11–13 months in French oak barrels and offers balanced flavors with good concentration. It undergoes cold maceration and fermentation using wild yeasts to enhance its aroma and character. With 13.7% alcohol, 5.7 g/L acidity, and a pH of 3.65, it can be enjoyed young or aged for up to 20 years.
