PROSECCO

Prosecco is an Itallian sparkling wine has unique, effervescent bubbles.  The Charmat Method–sometimes referred to as Cuvee Close or the Tank Method–is the name of the method used to make Prosecco, and gives the wine approximately 3 atmospheres of pressure. This creates light, foamy bubbles that are bigger compared to other sparkling wines, keeping your palate refreshed and ready for the next sip!
