Quoin Rock Rosé is an elegant, dry rosé from the Simonsberg in Stellenbosch, crafted from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Delicate aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, and a hint of rose petal lead into a vibrant palate layered with raspberry and cranberry flavours. A gentle creaminess adds texture, while bright acidity brings freshness and balance through to a crisp, lingering finish.

Carefully selected fruit and precise winemaking preserve the wine’s light colour and refined expression. This rosé is versatile and food-friendly, equally enjoyable on its own or paired with seafood such as crayfish, mussels, or ceviche, and works beautifully with steak tartare.
