Crafted using the Méthode Champenoise, the traditional champagne-making method, our vintage Cap Classique features Chardonnay from our estate. It acquires secondary characteristics through prolonged lees ageing and bottle maturation, showcasing a unique mineral backbone, classic brioche yeasty notes, and a fine bubble structure. Unfortunately, limited production and substantial onsite consumption make this exceptional wine a rare find beyond the estate.
